New Additions
We’ve added well over 40 new players to the rankings, bringing our total to 274. Of those 40+, quite a few caught our eye, and we’ll talk about five in particular (a couple with college commitments) that deserve a little more attention because of their arrival.
Stock Risers
Yes, there are new kids on this block. However, some who have already been here for a minute have made MAJOR upgrades to their game and caught the eyes of more than a few college programs. It is here that we talk about the top five kids by the numbers that have made major improvements since the last update in the fall.
Positional Rankings
We’ll spend a day each on the two changes listed above, but we’ll break it down even further by listing our top five available at each position. With less than thirty in the class of ’25 earning college commitments, there are so many other talented players from the Hoosier State that need attention. In those positions, we’ll spend a day each on who’s available right now for colleges to sign in this class.
A Few Reminders
- This list is subjective. There are ebbs and flows to every update, and this is not the be-all, end-all to who’s better than whom. This is merely a “college readiness” listing of kids we’ve seen play over the years.
- Any and all help from you, the reader, is greatly appreciated. Heights, schools, clubs, positions—anything you can think of that we may have erred on, we’ll take it.
- The positions might be a bit off for a few reasons. For one, we can only list a PRIMARY position, not more than one. Realistically, you’ll only play one position at the next level. Secondarily, we are also including where your best fit will be at the next level. There aren’t too many middles at 5-8 at the next level. Also, the pin attackers who are 5-11 and list on their video file “DS” as a secondary position is not where college recruiters are looking for you to play. Again, this is subjective, and we also take input from college coaches for some of these articles.
As always, have fun and enjoy the process. This is a feature for the kids, and any mention of them on this list means you’ve already grabbed the attention of someone involved in the process. Be kind, have fun, and we’ll see you on the courts!
