This pivotal event holds significant weight for club reputations as they vie for a coveted spot at the esteemed USA Volleyball Girls National Championships. However, beyond individual aspirations, many clubs boast dedicated recruiting coordinators who tirelessly strive to garner exposure for their players. Curious to uncover the standout talents deserving of more recognition, I reached out to several club recruiting coordinators for insights into potential “Red Rock Players to Watch.”
Among all the clubs I contacted, Aaron Flores stood out by actively advocating for his players, showcasing his dedication as the Club Director for Forza1, where he has served as a seasoned recruiting coordinator and volleyball coach since 2003.
