2025 Rankings Update: Top Ten

We have many new faces added with over twenty-five this go around and will surely see more in August as we watch film this summer. We also saw numerous players make some jumps in their previous slots. This has been the case with our top ten over the last year, there has not been much movement. [player_tooltip player_id='153930' first='Abigail' last='Mullen'] still sits at the top. The pin who has played on multiple national teams and will be heading to USC is still ranked number one. The ability to play both pins and seeing improvement as a backrow defender makes her the top player in the class in Missouri. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The 2-5 spots have seen some jockeying in each ranking and we see it again this round. We slid [player_tooltip player_id='169895' first='Tara' last='Greenberry'] up to the two spot this time. The 6'3" Houston commit has always been a high-level scorer in our eyes but the advancement defensively gives her the edge to move up one position. [program_tooltip program_id='428799' first='Rockwood' last='Thunder'] [player_tooltip player_id='153929' first='Maya' last='Witherspoon'] is a player who has moved around between these spots over the years. The explosive pin heading to Vanderbilt has increased her shot selection and court IQ in ways that earned a slight increase. She is another player who has taken leaps defensively over the last year between high school and club. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='153933' first='Jordan' last='Smith'], North Carolina State-bound comes in and four but not due to her canvas of work. When other players move up it's not because the player who slides did anything wrong. Smith is a monster on the right pin and has also become a better blocker in this time. The final player to move up and first time in the top five is [player_tooltip player_id='168037' first='Hannah' last='Leftridge']. The outside had a strong spring and was worthy of movement.
