Uncommitted Players at JVA Summerfest’s 17 Open

This year has some of the top teams in the country coming into Columbus to battle it out.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In the 17 Open, these teams are stacked. With all of the talent on display, there is still some talent left on the table for the next level. Let's take a look at some of the top uncommitted players at JVA Summerfest.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ryan Dzierwa - Legacy</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A great DS can really take the team to the next level. For Legacy, they have exactly that in <strong>Ryan Dzierwa</strong>. Spending a lot of her time in both left and middle back, Dzierwa's defensive versatility offers this team a lot of different options. She holds her own in reception with the best of them and brings a lot of fire to the court.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='446691' first='Taliyah' last='Hanks'] - Dead Frog</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This player is going to be one of the hottest names in the 2026 class come a few weeks. [player_tooltip player_id='446691' first='Taliyah' last='Hanks'], playing up with Dead Frog's 17 Black squad, has been lighting up the courts all season long. At 6'3, she offers up a lot of size and raw physicality at the net. She plays well beyond her true age suggests and will be a huge get on June 15th.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Rylee Hunt - Unified</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Another middle that has been churning in a really exciting club season. Rylee Hunt out of Unified has been carrying her own and making quite the name for herself. One of the go-to attackers, when in system, Hunt continuously gets more and more effective in this offense. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='200397' first='Dylann' last='Kelly'] - FaR Out</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I would not be surprised to hear this player announcing where she'll be heading to in 2025 soon. But nonetheless, you cannot miss out on this one. [player_tooltip player_id='200397' first='Dylann' last='Kelly'], coming off of a huge fall campaign, has been rocking it this club season. A cannon of an arm on both pins, Kelly consistently delivers for FaR Out.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">[player_tooltip player_id='207166' first='Zari' last='Gillispie'] - Ohio Premier</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Speaking of super raw, and athletic, middles. Look no further than [player_tooltip player_id='207166' first='Zari' last='Gillispie']. On this pin heavy team, Gillispie adds that extra layer of spice to Ohio Premier that truly makes them a dangerous foe to come across. She jumps off the court and brings the hammer down. Smith has been having a stellar junior campaign with AVC.
