Invasion has put forth a strong front line this spring and one of the headliners is Alexander. She is an aggressive pin who goes right at the block. At 5'7", she exhibits a powerful arm and ranks 15 in our initial rankings. She was shy of 250 kills in her freshman season at Oak Grove.

Monroe is a stat filler in the kills department. She has many ways to score a point, from tips to the open area, cross court, or tooling the block. As a pin, you like her ability to score points in any circumstance or situation. She saw action as a freshman at Staley and collected 110 kills.

North Kansas City was a young team last fall and relied on a couple of freshman hitters we'll introduce today. One of those was Martin, who produced 167 kills on the year. She also plays some setter which provides a wide skill set.

Wood has been productive for her Mineral Area volleyball squad, helping them capture a bid to nationals. She is your blue-collar worker on the pins. She can score from both of them and mix her shots up to deliver. What she doesn't bring to the court in size she makes up for with her court vision. She also provides good back-row defense.

The 417 pin enters the ranking at 35. In many of the clips I've seen of Wood, she's hitting bump sets from out of system and she delivers time and time again. That's a huge ability for a player who wants to play at the next level. She does good at staying behind the ball and letting it rip. With her size, I could see her advancing in the next ranking.

I'm a technique junkie and I see many positive things in Karadjova's game. First, her footwork in her approach and angle to the ball is solid for a youngster. Another thing you like in a player is their aggressiveness at the net. She will go after the overpass and deliver on most occasions. Look for her to have an added role this fall for Park Hill.

Findley earned some quality reps on the varsity level for Ray-Pec in 2023 and built on that with a solid spring for Mavs 816. Her ability to score points in and out of system is a joy to watch. She can fill up the left corner with line shots or okie doke the defense with a tip. She is a catalyst and can carry a team when needed.

Southwest Missouri is represented again here with Rohrer in the 49th position and 12th ranked outside hitter. She takes most of her swings in the middle for 417 but at 5'10", I project she can be a strong pin soon. She already possesses the footwork and arm swing, making a transition to the outside a possibility. She gets off the floor quickly and can terminate in bunches.

I haven't seen Minatee much this spring but was impressed with what I saw in the fall. At 5'9", she is a high riser who can get over the block with her attacks. Yes, she gets blocked and will learn how to navigate this area of her game but she has a tremendous skill set. She had over 200 kills and digs for North Kansas City.
