<p>Bailey finished the year with 306 kills in her debut for the Cougars. She gives CHC a solid left-pin attacker with power and will look to move into a six-rotation role this year.</p>

<p>Engeman is a next-level libero in the making. She is quick and plays the backcourt exceptionally well. She led her team in kills with 299 and finished 2<sup>nd</sup> with 365 digs. Olivia is one of the most well-rounded athletes in Class 1 and will be a lethal threat to get Appleton City into the state playoffs.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='490137' first='Scarlett' last='Ott'] – 5'9" – St. Joseph Christian</strong></p>

<p>After leading her team to a 27-3 record last year, Ott will be a monster on the outside for the Lions this season. Scarlett finished with 298 kills to lead the Lions and, with the improvement and experience, will be a move two-way player this season looking to move into a six-rotation outside.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='236999' first='Halie' last='Dickey'] – 5'7” – Bismarck</strong></p>

<p>Dickey has been an integral part of the turnaround at Bismarck over the last two years. Halie would finish with 286 kills but, more importantly, her passing and defensive game. She is an outstanding passer and defensive player who could make a massive impact as the team's libero but will most likely never leave the court with her attacking abilities.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='490115' first='Ava' last='Mueller'] – 5'9" – Concordia</strong> In her debut season for the Fighting Orioles, the versatile hitter led her team with 244 kills. Her versatility at the net allows her to play either middle or swing on the pins. Her next step is to become a solid six-rotation outside.</p>
