Dallas Stock Up Showcase Standouts

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sunday's Stock Up Showcase in Dallas gave everyone a glimpse of the talent in the Dallas area. Lots of athletes showcased their abilities and skills to increase their stock. The prep season is just around the corner. Let's take a look at some showcase standouts!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='553635' first='Allyson' last='Rosa'] is a 5'3” Defensive Specialist/Libero in the Class of 2026. Rosa has great footwork. She is quick and can get under big hits. In serve receive she is steady and confident to allow the offense to gel. Along with great footwork, she has great hands. If a ball is out of system, she can be relied on to set the ball consistently. Rosa plays for Taft High School and plays SA Elite 171 Premier. Keep tabs on her this upcoming season!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>One of the more versatile athletes is Middle Blocker [player_tooltip player_id='483888' first='Ashtyn' last='Good'] from Marcus High School. The 6'2” Class of 2026 Good has long levers and swings high. She plants well and keeps the ball in front of her. During the showcase she took a few reps setting in some of the drills too during some wash drills. She has strong, soft hands and is relaxed when setting. She distributes with ease and has strong wrists. She has a lot of upswing and potential as she continues to get stronger! Keep her on your radar!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Another 6'2” athlete in Right Side [player_tooltip player_id='528474' first='Aubree' last='Pratt'] has long levers and can fly in to rip the ball. The lefty has a huge approach and reaches high. She can smash a ball down the line or have a big cut shot. If they run her out of the middle she also excels there too. She can also hurt you with her finesse on a deep roll shot or tight tip. Pratt also has great hands and a beautiful back set. If balls are out of system she could take the setter out ball. This Class of 2027 athlete is proving to be a game changer! She plays club for [program_tooltip program_id='431308' first='Texas' last='Advantage'] Volleyball (TAV) and plays high school for Liberty. Take note of this explosive player!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Versatility makes Class of 2027 Middle Hitter [player_tooltip player_id='580009' first='Erin' last='Walker'] stand out. She is explosive and dynamic in the middle. Walker's quick footwork and fast arm swing make her hard to stop and make her play bigger than her 5'9” frame. In the back row she has a great passing platform, hustles and is very consistent and in a ready position. Walker also talked in the back row well. To add to the total package she has a tough driving serve. Walker plays for Lake Ridge High School and club for TAV 16 Blue. Love what Walker has to offer!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Class of 2027 Defensive Specialist/Libero [player_tooltip player_id='577265' first='Bonnitra' last='Donnell'] out of Colony High School is another top notch defender. She talks and is quick on the floor and is willing to sacrifice her body. Donnell is steller when it comes to covering her hitters as well. She also did some setting in wash drills and other drills on Sunday. Great quick sets, beautiful back sets Donnell makes it look effortless. She is not afraid to swing either and be aggressive. She plays club for Frisco Flyers. Love her prowess on the floor!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>5 '9 " Outside [player_tooltip player_id='534381' first='Dakota' last='Richard'] stood out at two positions on Sunday. The Class of 2027 Richard attends Legacy Christian Academy and plays club for Madrog 151 National Green. She is strong and athletic. When she was setting she did it with ease and put it on the pin each time perfectly. She betters the ball each time she touches it. She is not afraid to go up when setting and send it deep. She is patient and can set off of one foot. When hitting she is dynamic and explosive. She has a fast arm swing and it can hit the floor quickly. She too makes that look effortless. Really love her versatility at both the outside and setter position! Keep this dual threat athlete on watch!&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Lots of players did great things on Sunday and this was just a quick peek at some that really stood out.
