[player_tooltip player_id='227277' first='Sianna' last='Dykes'] - 2025 | MH | Howland (*pictured)
The 6'2 Dykes is the best athlete in this conference without question. She has good physicality to match her length along with a solid set of tools to be able to contribute all around the court for the Tigers. She will get the majority of swings for Howland this season and why not given what she can do in the air and from a variety of locations against most teams. She is the league leader offensively this season at 5.9 k/s including two matches at 20 or more kills.

Maya Flores - 2027 | OH | Boardman
The 6'2 Flores is just a sophomore and has been asserting herself more this season as one of the top offensive threats in the conference. Earning a respectable 2.2 k/s in her freshman season in 2023, she has opened up 2024 by nearly doubling that output so far. She gets opportunities in a variety of locations on the net and uses her length well to swing aggressively or to find space in the defense. Her own defense is contributing 9.4 d/m and 1.8 b/m.

[player_tooltip player_id='227632' first='Rylie' last='Simons'] - 2026 | S | Austintown-Fitch
With over 1,800 career assists, Simons is on her career average of just over 10 assists per set to start the 2024 season. She has a big task of balancing the options that make up the Falcons' core offense and so far she is making it work as the team is averaging over 12 k/s collectively behind Simon's floor direction. The junior is a skilled and confident setter while also providing career best numbers defensively so far at over 16 digs per match.

Macy McFall - 2025 | OH | Howland
Mcfall is the second best offensive option for Howland as she is averaging 2.5 k/s to start 2024. However, defensively she has been a major factor picking up over six digs per set. She's a capable scorer when on time to the ball and her ability to score will be an asset for the Tigers and freeing up space and taking some load and pressure off of Dykes.
