Prep Dig Preview: Stock Up Showcase 2025 And 2026 Kansas Talent

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I am overwhelmed by the number of athletes registered for the Missouri/Kansas Stock Up Showcase this Saturday.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>More than 100 athletes have registered for the event and more than 60 attend Kansas High Schools.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Here is today's first of multiple preview reports on athletes planning to attend the event. That shows me that she is still determined to improve her recruitment stock and work hard for a college offer. She is currently ranked No. 66 overall and an exciting hitter I have seen play this summer.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='493383' first='Carly' last='Hutfles']</strong>, 5'10”, OH, Horton, ‘25</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Hutfles is currently ranked No. 81 overall in the class of 2025. This could be an important event for her. She is a small school prospect I saw play summer league action recently. Boudreaux is currently ranked No. 14 overall by Prep Dig. I was super impressed with how she played in summer league action for the Trojans at two events I scouted. I scouted her during the 2023 Missouri and Kansas Showcase. She is currently ranked No. 78 overall and will be looking to parlay an impressive performance in this showcase into a rise up the rankings.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Addysen “AJ” Gaston</strong>, 5'5”, DS/L, Olathe West, ‘26</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Gaston is a prospect I have yet to see play in person. She did not play varsity ball for Olathe West last season, so this is a great opportunity for her to show off her skills.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='355660' first='Alyssa' last='Gray']</strong>, 5'9”, OH, Olathe Northwest, ‘26</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Gray is ranked No. 49 overall by Prep Dig Kansas. The outside hitter won't have to travel far to compete in the Showcase. She finished her sophomore season with 233 kills and scored six-plus points per game as a center for the Valley Center.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='571405' first='Olivia' last='Nzioki']</strong>, 6'0”, MH, Mill Valley, ‘26</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Nzioki is an unranked talent who has registered for the event.
