She has been a big factor in 2024 as she has increased her output to 5.7 k/s with higher efficiency at .402 and kill percentage at 49%. She makes an impact defensively as well at 10 digs per match. She has terminated double-figure kills in each much thus far with big arm that can bring a ton of pace. Her season high is 26 kills in an earlier 3-1 win over Garaway.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Katelynn Boerger</strong> - 2025 | North Adams<br>At a career best 5.0 k/s average to start 2024, Boerger is leading the Green Devils to an unbeaten start as they are 5-0. The 6'1 middle is the primary offensive option for her squad as she sees a lot of opportunities to swing. Her veteran skills and experience are a huge factor as she is terminating at nearly 52% with a big-time .429 efficiency. At 4.7 k/s her efficiency is up at .398 and her kill percentage is a 50%. Schmidt's opportunities come in a variety of ways as she will get set at both pins and out of the middle. She adjusts well to swing and use finesse based upon the set or what she sees in front of her at the net. With this start, she is on pace for another career best season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Cali Young</strong> - 2026 | Marlington<br>The floor leader for the Dukes has helped guide her team to a terrific start at 6-1 overall. At just over 10 assists per frame, the 5'3 Young played in a reserved role during her sophomore season in 2023. She has come into this Fall ready to help her team compete as they have some solid offensive weapons in their rotation. At 263 total assists in 2024, she is also among team leaders at the service line while contributing well defensively.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
