Claire Majorahn – 5'5” – Opposite – Springfield Catholic

Catholic has two 2028 players making impacts in the first week, and Claire has the potential to become a top libero in SWMO. A quick and smart player with a mean jump serve. Claire has 24 digs and is one of the top passers on the team after the first weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id='565545' first='Emma' last='Holstein'] – 5'7” – Opposite/Setter – Springfield Catholic

The opposite for the Fighting Irish gives them a solid outlet on the right pin and a great setter. In her first tournament, Emma finished with 13 kills, 23 digs, and 39 assists. She has excellent hands, plays solid defense, and knows when to feed her big guns.

[player_tooltip player_id='729456' first='Miah' last='Omoike'] – 5'9” – Middle - Platte City

There is nothing like starting the first match of your career on varsity by putting down ten kills, hitting .600, and ending the tournament with 27 kills and hitting .417. Miah makes it look easy, but she will be hard to contain through the season.

Rilynn Wingenbach – 6'3” – Middle – Union

A new middle is in town at Union, and she's already making a big name. The 6'3” had a team-high 12 kills on 25 attempts and hit .440 in the sweep of Rolla. For the young season, she is hitting .365 with 39 kills and 11 blocks.

[player_tooltip player_id='778330' first='Lila' last='Roth'] – 5'10” – Opposite – Farmington

It seems a Roth has been playing for Farmington for years. Roth is an athletic athlete who can play anywhere along the net but is doing a great job on the right pin for the Knights. As the season progresses, watch her develop into a big-time player.

Ries Schnuck – 5'7” – Outside – Burroughs

If the last name sounds familiar in STL, well, it should. Ries is going to be a dandy for Burroughs over the years. She is a springy outside with some solid power already in her swings.
