New Names to Know on the 2025 Watch List and Rank

During this rankings update, we added several new names to the watch list, some of whom jumped right to a ranked position. Here is a breakdown of the new additions.    Darshani is a jumpy middle who is aggressive and makes an impact whenever she is on the court. She has a big block and is engaged at the net. Her vertical and springy movement helps her get up on both offense and defense quickly.     Ellen is such a game-changer on the court and has truly exploded in the past season. She has already surpassed her total number of kills from last season. She is hitting 0.305 on the season and is also dominant as a blocker. Ellen is a middle who is a bit under the radar but a high-impact player.     Kayla was one of the biggest names to come out of the Sizzle this summer. She is such a stud player - and jumped straight to our rank. She is a pin hitter who is 5'6" but plays like she is 6'. She has a huge vertical and can terminate in nearly any situation. She is a go-to athlete for Sevastopol and a fun player to watch.     Addison impacts every play. She is one of the stat leaders in every category except for assists. Addison exploded onto my radar at the Sizzle and has delivered in every aspect of the game. She is a go-to player who never misses a beat on the court. Her reliability and discipline set her apart on the court.     Ava is an absolute stud - she is smart, savvy and a natural leader on the court. When Ava steps on the court she runs the show and it shows in River Falls success so far this season. Ava has already logged over 300 assists this season alone and is an athlete who contributes in every aspect of the game. She has 20 blocks, 56 digs, 14 aces, and 51 kills.     Paige initially jumped on my radar because of her consistent serve receive. She has clean form and a lightning fast reaction time. Her ability to control competitive serves sets her apart from other athletes. She is also a scrappy defender and never misses a beat on the court.     Cora has been so impressive for Wauwatosa East this season. She has surpassed 300 assists so far and has over 700 career assists. Cora is a gamer who makes smart choices and runs the offense efficiently. She impressed me at the Charger Challenge and continues to run the show for Tosa East.
