Consequently, inspired by their teammates' struggles, the team rallied together, determined to positively impact the lives of those affected by this relentless disease. As a result, the impact of their determination has not only raised over $50,000 for various cancer charities but also fostered a sense of pride and unity within the community.   Since its inception, the Cancer Classic has transcended the boundaries of a traditional volleyball match. Over the past 18 years, this meaningful event has raised over $50,000, benefiting various cancer charities and supporting families navigating their cancer journeys. This season, she has excelled in running the 6-2 offense, consistently delivering accurate sets that allowed her hitters to shine.     Sophomore outside [player_tooltip player_id='535210' first='Mia' last='Pendley'] had a standout performance, racking up 10 kills, 1 block, and 16 digs. Her solid defensive work ensured plays continued. She also impressed from the service line, delivering 4 aces that energized her team and fans alike.     Senior setter/opposite [player_tooltip player_id='198544' first='Isabela' last='Haggard'] continued to demonstrate her prowess on the court, adding another triple-double to her resume with 23 kills, 3 blocks, 17 assists, 17 digs, and 1 ace. Known for her reliability during crucial moments, Haggard was a key player in sealing the win for Dunbar.     Senior outside Mya McDowell was a powerhouse in the match, delivering a game-high 17 kills. With 39 assists and 20 digs, Hall's effort was unwavering as she pushed her team forward right up until the final whistle.
