Prep Dig Kansas published updated rankings for the Class of 2025 this morning.

The rankings include 250 Sunflower State Athletes and feature 27 new players.

The top 53 athletes in the ranking have all verbally committed to play college volleyball which is an outstanding number that makes me swell with pride.

Here are eight athletes making late debuts in the rankings. To be clear these eight and the other new additions replaced athletes who are no longer playing high school volleyball, no longer interested in playing collegiately, or have committed to play another sport at the collegiate level.

I have only seen two of these athletes compete in person, but each has stats available on Max Preps that can't be ignored.

I have said this until I am blue in the face, but I encourage prep coaches to share stats publicly or send me stats privately via email or X.

Welcome to the rankings ladies!

Hedstrom debuts in the rankings in the No. 78 position. She is having a solid season for the 18-3 Cheney Cardinals. Through 49 sets played she has collected 193 kills and 23 blocks.

[player_tooltip player_id='620733' first='Nevi' last='Wilkey'], 5'9”, MB, Classical (Wichita), ‘25

Wilkey enters the rankings at No. 79 overall. She is a three-sport prospect in volleyball, basketball, and soccer. She has recorded 273 kills in 59 sets. She is a six-rotations player for Classical who has a record of 8-21.

[player_tooltip player_id='612038' first='Adaline' last='Bloomfield'], 5'6”, OH, Mission Valley, ‘25

Bloomfield is a new addition to the ranking in the No. 80 slot. Bloomfield is another three-sport prospect who I have seen play this season. She is quick and athletic. Bloomfield has registered 227 digs and 192 kills for the 11-12 Vikings.

[player_tooltip player_id='628254' first='Makenzie' last='LaRue'], 5'10”, S, Erie, ‘25

Erie's LaRue is ranked No. 81 overall. LaRue's blocking ability is what earned her a spot in the rankings. She is among the state leaders in blocks with 90. In 46 sets she has also collected 112 kills and 58 assists for 11-16 Red Devils.

Kremeier debuts in the rankings at No. 82 overall. I have not seen her or the Railers play, but she has a ton of experience. She had 488 digs as a freshman, and this season has 489 in the first 59 sets of her senior campaign. Kremeier already has more than 2,500 career digs and could make a run at 3,000 with the 18-7 Railroaders.

[player_tooltip player_id='643696' first='Kaysin' last='Crusinbery'], 5'6”, S, Iola, ‘25

Crusinberry enters the rankings at No. 83 overall. She is among the leaders in Kansas in assists with 446 in 53 sets. She should eclipse the 2,000-career assist threshold this season for the 13-8 Mustangs.

Murphy debuts in the rankings at No. 85 overall. Murphy is playing as a full-time setter and averaging more than 10 assists per match. Through 77 sets played she dished out 778 assists. Girard has a record of 26-8 and currently projects as the No. 1 seed in Class 3A's Region Two.
