1st Team

[player_tooltip player_id='480860' first='Bella' last='Borgio'] - 2027 | OH | Calvert
The 6'0 Borgio was one of two sophomores to make the all-Ohio teams in DVII and the only one selected to the 1st team. Her offense was significant for Calvert this season as she led them at 3.2 k/s with an opportunity to claim a state title that came up just short in the championship match. This is a young prospect we learned about last club season and will certainly hear a lot about going forward given the tools she has at this stage and the high ceiling potential offensively with her big arm.

[player_tooltip player_id='227637' first='Danaysia' last='Danzy'] - 2026 | OH | Leipsic
Danzy concluded her junior season with 527 total kills, a huge uptick from 2023. Her 5.8 k/s average came by way of athleticism, quickness, and a relentless and aggressive effort to score. In their tough 3-1 regional semifinal loss to eventual runner-up Calvert, she overpowered the Seneca's defense often as she had a match high 23 kills on a .298 efficiency to go along with 18 digs and three aces, common numbers for her throughout the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='227806' first='Biz' last='Klopp'] - 2026 | MH | Mohawk
Klopp was a common name called all season as the 6'1 middle was dominant at a career best 5.9 k/s on a 52% kill rate. With 84 total blocks, she also increased her impact at 3.5 b/m. Her length and high elbow contact made it difficult for opponents to defend her when attacking, which included her scoring through quick tempo options around her setter and overhead on the right pin.

2nd Team

[player_tooltip player_id='503990' first='Bryn' last='Dirksen'] - 2027 | S | Calvert
The other sophomore selected to the DVII all-Ohio teams along with her teammate, Dirksen is the floor general for Calvert. She did a great job of guiding their offense all season as their lone loss came in the state championship match. Calvert featured a good collection of attackers and Dirksen distributed their offense well at 9.4 assists per set. She pursues the ball well with good first step reaction and movement in all directions to get herself balanced and hands up early. With 56 aces, she also added nearly six digs per match.

3rd Team

Emily Miller - 2026 | OH | Calvert
Miller is the third of three Calvert prospects to be honored as an all-Ohio selection. She averaged nearly three kills per set to help her team's offensive dominance that earned them a state runner-up finish. The 5'8 pin has good quickness and is aggressive with her arm in the air to score in a variety of ways upon contact. Just a junior, her increased numbers bode well for this team that has a solid core group back next season.

Her .315 efficiency also led her team, which is impressive provided she saw a high volume of work. Her contributions also included 14.3 digs per match to go along with 48 aces.

Hannah Szunyogh - 2026 | MB/OH | Open Door Christian
Nearly doubling her offensive output from a season ago, the 5'10 Szunyogh averaged 3.3 k/s through an improved .333 efficiency.

[player_tooltip player_id='227627' first='Malia' last='Romes'] - 2026 | MH/OH | Kalida
Romes has great length at 6'3, which helped her sustain a consistent physical and athletic presence at the net on both sides of the ball. Finishing the season at 4.1 k/s, she was efficient in her effort at .339. Defensively, she provided 3.6 b/m. Surpassing 900 career kills during this recent season, she is an active attacker that can score through quick options and at the pin as well.
