[player_tooltip player_id='227800' first='Sydney' last='Borowy'] - Magnificat
Committing to the University of Connecticut earlier this Fall, Borowy turned in a terrific high school season for Magnificat. Terminating 342 total kills, she led the Blue Streaks at 5.1 k/s on a .297 efficiency. The 6'0 pin has a lethal arm, especially when in system and on tempo to the power side of the floor. She elevates well and can bring heat that can overpower the defense. As a key factor for AVC's top 17U team this coming club season, look for Borowy to be utilized once again through high volume and in a variety of ways from pin to pin.

[player_tooltip player_id='227807' first='Mackenzie' last='Palumbo'] - Dublin Jerome
The 6'2 Palumbo has been a steady factor for the Celtics for three straight season, but her best output was through somewhat of a breakout 2024 effort as she increased her impact to 4.8 k/s. With nearly 400 total kills, she was efficient as a primary option at a career best .243. She has offensive tools to contribute through all areas of the offense as she has improved her ability to carry an offense as her length and contact point found a lot of success at the pins and out of the back row. The Mintonette club product also earned 40 total aces as well as 6.4 digs and 1.3 blocks per match. Palumbo is committed to the United States Naval Academy.

[player_tooltip player_id='227615' first='Callie' last='Combs'] - Seton
A 1st team all GGCL selection, Combs was top three in the conference offensively as one of the most complete prospects in the league, if not all of Ohio. The 5'8 North Carolina State commit earned 327 total kills in helping guide the Saints to the DI state title at 26-2 overall. If you have not seen her play, get a look at her with her NKYVC team, one of the best nationally in their age group and full of top prospects from Ohio and northern Kentucky

[player_tooltip player_id='624880' first='Madison' last='Lee'] - Pickerington Central
Surpassing 1,600 total assists for her varsity career, Lee average 8.5 assists per set in guiding the Tigers to a 20-5 overall record and an appearance in the region semifinal round. This team had balanced offense averaging nearly 12 kills per set collectively as the fiery setter was instrumental in getting the ball to her hitters in good situations. Some of her best work is setting against the flow and creating good space for her hitters.

[player_tooltip player_id='733609' first='Makayla' last='Meister'] - Newark
The 6'1 Meister is versatile in her offensive range and can bring some big pace. As Newark's top offensive threat, she scored a lot of points and from a variety of locations. At 4.0 k/s, she increased her output significantly from a season ago with a total of 319 kills on a career best .287 efficiency. She arrives on the radar after this big effort during the recent high school season. As she is still uncommitted, she is one to keep an eye on heading into the club season as more are learning about her athleticism and skill set.

[player_tooltip player_id='524602' first='Izzy' last='Scholvin'] - Olentagy Orange
With over 500 total assists during the recent high school season, Scholvin continued to display why she is one of the better distributors in the Ohio 2026 class. Ahead of 1,600 total assists for her career, she is athletic in her movement and ability to get up off the floor with high hand contact and good touch. Last club season she shared time at the setting role for one of the best teams in the country in their age group. Her tools and presence are good enough to lead a team full-time and through six rotations as she is steady and can distribute the full scope of the court with tempo and accuracy.
