2026 Rankings: 11th-15th

The purpose of our rankings is to expose the maximum number of athletes pursuing the recruiting process to the chance to play at the next level. The most important guideline for our Scouts is that the rankings are a projection of someone's future collegiate potential, not a reflection of their current ability.   Important things to consider; Skill needed at that position, IQ, Toughness, Size, Athleticism, and Intangibles such as body language and energy. Remember, all of our scouts place slightly different levels of value on each category. If a player is more athletic, taller, or larger, that will compensate for current skill deficiencies. There's the adage that you cannot teach size and skill. If you go down the different levels of college athletics, the difference is very rarely in skill level. The biggest gaps are in size, explosiveness, and athleticism.    We have spent countless hours in and outside the gym scouting and discussing these players. Congrats to the top 15 players in our 2026 Oklahoma recruiting class.    Setter [player_tooltip player_id='314473' first='Pierson' last='Smith'] is a dynamic player whose talent and strategic mind have earned her the #11 ranking in Oklahoma. She possesses exceptional court vision, quick decision-making, and the ability to control the pace of the game. One of her standout skills is her signature setter dump, which she only pulls out at the most tasteful moments. Pierson's set placement, combined with her ability to disguise her intentions, often leaves opponents scrambling, either scoring points directly or forcing them out of the system. What truly sets Pierson apart is her composure under pressure and her ability to lift the energy of the game. Her #11 ranking reflects not only her technical skills but also her relentless work ethic and leadership on the court. Pierson is a setter who consistently makes an impact, proving why she's one of the best in the state.     [player_tooltip player_id='709450' first='Sophia' last='Devlin'] is an exceptional libero whose talent and court presence have earned her the #12 ranking in Oklahoma. Sophia brings a robust skill set to her team's defense. Her strong hands are an asset, allowing her to dig overhead when needed. Combined with her speed and impressive one-arm digging abilities, her relentless attitude to chase down balls and keep plays alive set her apart as one of the best liberos in the state. Sophia's consistency shines in serve-receive, where she delivers strong passing no matter the serve. Even when opposing teams try to avoid serving her, she dominates the court, often stepping outside her zone to pass and free her hitters to transition to attack. Her volleyball IQ, quick reflexes, and leadership on the court make her a crucial part of her team's success. Sophia's ranking is well-earned, and her impact on the game is undeniable.     [player_tooltip player_id='297088' first='Valyn' last='Donahoo'] is an outstanding outside hitter whose talent has earned her the #13 ranking in Oklahoma. Valyn's powerful swing and exceptional court awareness make her a dominant presence at the net. She excels not only as a strong offensive threat but also as a reliable contributor in serve-receive and back-row defense. Her smooth transitions between defense and offense make her an all-around asset on the court. What truly makes Valyn stand out is her mental game. She plays with a level of confidence and composure well beyond her years, qualities often seen at the collegiate and professional levels. Her calm yet competitive demeanor brings an infectious energy to her team, keeping her teammates motivated and focused. Valyn's #13 ranking is well-earned!     [player_tooltip player_id='284930' first='Lilly' last='Boswell'] is a standout setter whose talent and leadership have earned her the #14 ranking in Oklahoma. Lilly has become one of the top setters in her class through hard work and dedication over the past few seasons. Her strong court awareness and ability to read defenses allow her to distribute the ball effectively, setting her hitters up for success and driving her team's offense. Her consistent and accurate sets are a cornerstone of her attackers' achievements, and her decision-making on the court is nothing short of impressive. She has a knack for scoring by disguising her intentions and using her neutral posture to execute well-timed dumps and kills. This sneaky offensive tool often catches opponents off-guard and adds a new layer of threat to her game. Lilly's game proves that she deserves to be top 20 and will be a threat at any collegiate level!     Ranked #15 in Oklahoma, [player_tooltip player_id='335928' first='Maryella' last='Weaver'] is a fiercely competitive and well-rounded player whose relentless drive sets her apart. Despite being undersized, she excels with powerful, crafty hitting and strong blocking skills, making her a key offensive threat. Her strengths in defense and serve receive further show her impact across all aspects of the game. Maryella thrives in high-pressure moments, maintaining composure and keeping her team's energy up. Her balance of competitiveness, skill, and supportive leadership makes her an invaluable asset on and off the court.
