PrepDig Resolution: Day 2 Dauntless Defenders

While passing and digging may not seem as glamorous as watching an attacker put down a big kill, defenders should get their shout outs also as they are working super hard. She was constantly hustling and moving all over the court tracking down balls. Joy read the opposing teams setter and attackers very well and was able to pick up many tips, dumps, and pushes. She moved her feet well, created exceptional angles, and did a good job on serve receive. She was also super quick and scrappy. She really excelled in her block coverage. She moved quickly, had some spectacular one handed digs, and went corner to corner tracking down balls. She does a good job tracking the ball, reading her hitters, and placing herself in position for digging.
