Rankings Release: Five Debuting 2026 Setters
Prep Dig Kansas releases first rankings for the Class of 2029.

<p>Yesterday, Prep Dig published a rankings update for the Class of 2026.</p>

<p>Those rankings now include 280 athletes and feature 65 debuting athletes. More than 60 athletes who play the setter position are among those ranked.</p>

<p>This report features five setters from the Sunflower State who are debuting in the rankings.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='730726' first='Kalea' last='Baldock']</strong>, 5'6”, S, Tonganoxie, ‘26</p>

<p>Baldock debuts at No. 70 overall. The Chieftains' setter finished her junior season with 669 assists. It was her first season as the primary setter for Tonganoxie. She also recorded 182 digs and 42 aces in 87 sets.</p>

<p>Smoky Valley setter Friesen enters the rankings at No. 71 overall. She recorded 769 assists for the Vikings in 94 sets. She also registered 211 digs.</p>

<p>Watson debuts in the No. 72 slot. During her junior season, she racked up 545 assists in 81 sets for the Indians. The Osage City prospect also collected 255 digs last fall.</p>

<p>Riverton's Price debuts in the No. 73 position. She registered 538 assists for the Rams in 104 sets. She has a dangerous serve that resulted in 65 aces, and she finished with 313 digs in her junior campaign.</p>

<p>Kirk enters the rankings at No. 74 overall. The Red Ace junior finished with 497 assists in 59 sets. She is also a solid basketball prospect, averaging 14.8 points per game and 5.3 rebounds.</p>
