Rising Outside Hitters: Class of 2027

A 6'2" outside hitter who has power and IQ to back, she is a force to be reckoned with up at the net. She has a strong arm swing and is able to power through blocks when needed, but also does a great job seeing the block and hitting around it. She comes from a winning high school program at Fossil Ridge High School and has a strong vertical, touching 9'5”, and a lot of power to accompany it. She is aggressive in both offense and defense, going up with middles as a blocker and putting over passes back down. She has a strong arm swing and can power through the block somewhat easily. She has a long reach and a fast arm swing, giving her a lot of power. On top of being strong, she is also smart. She can see the block while going in for an attack, allowing her to adjust her arm swing or shot quickly. She's also very versatile, swinging well from either pin. She has good court awareness and has a clean arm swing that allows her to place the ball anywhere on the court. She isn't afraid to run different hitting options in the front row and works hard to hold her spot as a back-row defender as well. Bayley plays very relaxed, which helps keep her teammates calm in stressful situations.
