<p>Here is a look at six prospects hoping to return to the 2A Tournament in 2025. Prep Dig currently ranks three, while the other three are unranked.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='546033' first='Sevy' last='Wurtz']</strong>, 5'5”, S, Clifton-Clyde, ‘26</p>

<p>The Eagles finished third in the Class 1A Division I tournament. One of the top players for the Eagles will be returning for her senior season. Wurtz recorded 500 assists in junior season and has already reached 1,000 career assists. She has also registered back-to-back seasons with 200-plus kills. Wutz is ranked No. 214 overall in the Kansas Class of 2026.</p>

<p>The Mustangs finished fourth at the Dodge City tournament. Flinthills will lose its starting senior to graduation. On paper, that means Taylor is the favorite to take over the role as the floor general. Taylor finished her junior season with 341 assists in 95 sets.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='603074' first='Jadence' last='Stewart']</strong>, 5'9”, OH/DS, Greeley County, ‘26</p>

<p>Stewart led the Jackrabbits to the State Tournament, but Greeley County was unable to advance to the final four after going 1-2 on Day One. Stewart is ranked No. 18 overall by Prep Dig Kansas. She finished her junior campaign with 470 kills. She has already eclipsed the 1,000 career kill total and can make a run at 1,000 digs during her senior season. Stewart has had three straight seasons with more than 200 digs.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='731079' first='Avery' last='Jensen']</strong>, 5'7”, MB, St. Francis, '26</p>

<p>Jensen is a six-rotation prospect from St. Francis. She filled up her junior season stat line with 434 kills, 310 digs, and 47 blocks. The Indians went 0-3 on the first day of the tournament and will look to return to the 1A DI tournament in 2025. Jensen is ranked No. 257 overall by Prep Dig.</p>

<p>Deges finished second on the Rebels squad in kills as a junior. She finished with 188 kills in 97 sets played. Deges also recorded 229 digs and is among a young core of athletes on the South Gray Roster, The Rebels lose just four seniors and will have two of their top four attackers returning.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='749177' first='Mia' last='Meyer']</strong>, 5'9”, MB, St. John, '26</p>

<p>The St. John Tigers will lose their top attacker to graduation, but the cupboard in St. John is far from empty. Meyer finished second on the team in kills with 372 in 99 sets. That total was more than double the number of kills she registered as a freshman. Meyer also posted an impressive number of blocks with 62.</p>
