One of the best outsides in the nation led her team to the title of the Gateway League 16-18 division. I enjoyed watching her playing six rotations, helping her team with a nasty jump serve, solid on defense, and an absolute beast on the outside. At 6'3", she is hitting over, around, and through any block that is put up against her. If you want to stop Shaye, it's good luck because Shaye is an elite attacker from either pin and is deadly in out-of-system balls.

Olivia takes a long drive to play for one of the best 16s teams in the country. At 6'2" and playing on the right pin, she gives RT 16 Elite a massive blocker and a big-time terminator. RT 16 Elite is an excellent fit for Olivia, as she is playing with some elite players, and you can already see her improving.

When I watched Maddy play for St. Dominic, she was primarily the opposite, but when I watched Maddy at Gateway League, she was swinging on the left side. The hammer on the left averages 6 to 8, killing a match for RT 16.

[player_tooltip player_id='222069' first='Lauren' last='Ortwerth'] – 2026 – HPSTL 17 Royal

It doesn't matter who or where Lauren plays. She will be one of the best players on either side of the net. She is a formidable passer and defender who can do damage anywhere you set her the ball. A high-IQ volleyball player can terminate at any position at the net and is just as lethal flying from the backcourt. At 6'0", she has the size, power, and speed to play high-level volleyball.

First time catching up with Kathryn's game, and the southpaw is a bruiser on the right pin. I loved her attacking on either pin, and her line shots on the left pin were impressive. Kathryn helped her HP 17 Royal team finish 2nd to Rockwood 16 Elite.

[player_tooltip player_id='542215' first='Reagan' last='Lyerla'] – 2026 – [program_tooltip program_id='428799' first='Rockwood' last='Thunder'] 17 Elite

I caught the RT 17 Elite match with HP, and Reagan played a solid match. She is tall at 5'11", with a great swing and high contact point, allowing her to use the top of the block or cut it sharp cross-court. Reagan is gaining great experience with Rockwood, and her improvement will more than benefit her at Timberland next year.

[player_tooltip player_id='544666' first='Giselle' last='Stoeva'] – 2027 – HPSTL 16 Royal

The 6'0" opposite really stood out to me in a match against Rockwood. I like that she has moved to the opposite in the club. At 6'0", Giselle gives her team a big blocker on the right pin and a terminating attacker who is versatile enough that she can hit on either pin and can fly out of the middle as well. She has a long wingspan, is a great leaper, and is very fluid in her approach, and you can tell when she plays, she's all business.
