The Class of 2026 rankings were just updated this week.

While there is a lot to breakdown from positions, newcomers and stock risers, it's also interesting to take a look at which prep programs are most represented on the list.

Here's the five that put the most names on these rankings.

Brighton

Brighton is heavily represented in the Class of 2026 rankings, with a total of seven players on the list. Leading the way is Duke commit [player_tooltip player_id='523816' first='Riley' last='Copenhaver'] (10) a powerful hitter that can play anywhere along the net. Not far behind is libero [player_tooltip player_id='226884' first='Faith' last='Cullen'] (39) and setter [player_tooltip player_id='226905' first='Delaney' last='Gilmore'] (63), key battery pieces on the floor that would be key to any lineup. Hitting depth rounds out the group with outside [player_tooltip player_id='489939' first='Vivian' last='Jones'] (109), middle [player_tooltip player_id='226878' first='Paige' last='Bierlein'] (176), and outside [player_tooltip player_id='261186' first='Maddie' last='Mccarroll'] (186). Fellow defender [player_tooltip player_id='727867' first='Lauren' last='Johnston'] (156) is also part of the list. Together, this is a pretty impressive starting lineup on its own, which speaks to the talent Brighton should have this fall.

Forest Hills Northern

The Huskies were one of the top teams in the state last fall and based on their deep 2026 class, that is likely to remain true this upcoming season. FHN has five players in our 2026 rankings, led by Western Michigan commit [player_tooltip player_id='535138' first='Briawna' last='Zimmerman'] (13) in the middle. She emerged as one of the breakout hitters this past fall and can put the ball down with a lot of power. Setter [player_tooltip player_id='226936' first='Lexie' last='Stotenbur'] (17) is one of the top setters in the state, allowing the Huskies to utilize a lot of hitting talent. Defensive depth then rounds out the group with [player_tooltip player_id='586437' first='Madalin' last='Hersman'] (44), [player_tooltip player_id='446698' first='Scout' last='McAlister'] (84) and [player_tooltip player_id='490347' first='Sydney' last='Shannon'] (118). This group has a lot of fundamental skill, which is a great base for the Huskies to utilize.

Marian

The Mustangs have built up a pair of impressive classes in 2026 and 2027. Coming this fall, Marian will have a lot of senior experience to rely on thanks to having six players in the class coming from the 2026 rankings list. Leading the way is elite defender [player_tooltip player_id='226908' first='Meredith' last='Martin'] (6). The Michigan commit had to sit out last season due to transfer rules, but has established herself as one of the best in the nation during club season. The team also has The Citadel commit, [player_tooltip player_id='226885' first='Allie' last='Davison'] (49) at setter. She showed a lot of growth in the last year and is in line for a big senior season. When it comes to hitting, [player_tooltip player_id='226945' first='Jayla' last='Zayti'] (38) has a lot of potential to be among the best middles in the state. The team also has defensive depth with [player_tooltip player_id='490046' first='Madeleine' last='Koch'] (112), [player_tooltip player_id='261153' first='Grace' last='Hannosh'] (152) and [player_tooltip player_id='261165' first='Jolie' last='Yaldoo'] (173).

Mercy

It should be no surprise that Marian's rival, Mercy, is also among this list. The two programs are always putting together top talent each year. In the Class of 2026, Mercy has five represented, highlighted by middles [player_tooltip player_id='226875' first='Ella' last='Andrews'] (2) and [player_tooltip player_id='226899' first='Cree' last='Hollier'] (26), a dynamic 1-2 punch of different talents that still manage to excel at the position. They can both put down the ball at a high rate and bring a lot of explosiveness to the floor. [player_tooltip player_id='226944' first='Maya' last='Zarow'] (58) is a talented outside that does a lot right in all phases of the game, while middle [player_tooltip player_id='261195' first='Mccoy' last='Turner'] (107) and defender [player_tooltip player_id='261136' first='Dakota' last='Rae Robinson'] (149) bring depth. With its hitting-heavy leaders, this group should help keep the Marlins as one of the top teams in the state for the 2025 season.

Rockford

The runner-up in D1 for 2024 is going to have a stacked senior class for the 2025 season. The Rams have six members of their squad on our 2026 rankings. Leading the way is Oakland commit [player_tooltip player_id='226900' first='Liv' last='Hosford'] (16) on the outside. She's been one of the most productive prep players in this class and is looking to close things out on a high note in the fall. [player_tooltip player_id='226887' first='Izzie' last='Delacher'] (36) is a veteran setter that can do it all, while hitters [player_tooltip player_id='226883' first='Grace' last='Crelly'] (66), [player_tooltip player_id='226943' first='Sienna' last='Wolfe'] (67), [player_tooltip player_id='226912' first='Charlotte' last='Segard'] (70) and [player_tooltip player_id='490345' first='Ella' last='Thomas'] (116) give the Rams plenty of options to get the ball to.
