Outside hitters to scout at the Lone Star Regionals 18s

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The club volleyball season is almost over for the class of 2025 prospects, with the USAV Girls Junior National Championship coming up in just over a month, in Salt Lake City.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Many teams from around the country have already secured a spot in the tournament, but several others are still looking to qualify and this weekend the teams from Texas will have a great opportunity to do it by competing at the Lone Star Regionals.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The event is going to take place at the Legends Event Center, in Bryan, from Saturday to Sunday and will have as many as 56 teams from the Lone Star State competing for the eight bids available.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The tournament is going to feature some serious talent from the club volleyball scene in Texas, and we're taking the days leading up to it to highlight those players. A six-footer, she's an athletic and powerful hitter, who can carry the team's offense with her tremendous firepower. Hennessee can be truly unstoppable when in system, but she's also intelligent and skilled enough to put the ball down in out-of-system plays. She's been excellent at hitting the bic, so don't count her out when she's on the backcourt. The outside hitter will be a central piece in their playing system thanks to her ability to make a difference at the net. Loyd is very athletic and powerful, but the truly special part of her offensive game is her shot selection, which allows her to pick the best option to put the ball down in every situation. Her ability to contribute on both sides of the ball gives the team great balance and stability and makes her teammates better. Monson is extremely productive on the backcourt, handling her passing duties to perfection and working hard to keep the ball off the floor in the middle back position while also generating many transition plays for them. A powerful and skilled hitter, she should have a central role in the team's scoring efforts while also contributing on the backcourt. Isaeff is very intelligent at the net and seems to always come up with the best possible solution for each play, finding great angles when hitting from the left and using accurate tips at the perfect time. Riley is a well-rounded player, who first emerged as a setter/right side, but has then moved permanently to the left in order to have a larger offensive role. She's the team's most powerful hitter and expect her to be the centerpiece of their offense and to consistently put the ball down with strong swings.
