Ranked Prep Dig Athletes Choosing A Different College Sport

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The final Prep Dig Kansas rankings for the class of 2025 were released earlier this week.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Almost 100 athletes in the class are committed to playing volleyball in college, while another group of athletes have chosen to play different collegiate sports.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>It has always been “my” policy to lower athletes in the rankings who chose to play a different sport. Mostly to make it easier for college coaches to maximize our rankings.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>While Prep Network does have a site dedicated to girls' hoops, we do not yet, have sites for softball or track and field.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Also, I explained yesterday in an email inquiry, that I fully understand there are athletes who have committed to play college that I am sure I do not know about.
