Attackers Shine at the PrepDig Bracket Busters

Swinging from the right pin, Zurfluh found the seam many times and also went around the block to score numerous points. When she rotates to the backrow, Zurfluh runs the offense. She will take big swings from the backcourt, both pins, and even unleash a big attack out of the middle. Sullivan does a solid job adjusting to her set, knows when to take a big swing and also when finesse or a tip is more appropriate. Combine that with her ability to read the ball well, her quick reflexes, and solid footwork, and McKnight is hard to terminate around. On offense, McKnight keeps getting better and better. I was really impressed with Heim's footwork and her ability to transition out, explode to the pin, and put down a monster attack. She does a good job seeing the block in front of her and finding the seam or bang it off of blockers hands for points. What I was most impressed with though was Guyette's leadership on the court. She has quick feet and reads the ball well to get out to the pins and put up a block. She also is versatile in her attacking - she will hit the quick out of the middle, hit a gap ball, attack from the outside pin, and will run the slide. Snodgrass also has a good float serve and plays solid middle back defense after the serve.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
