Boss CLE 15-1 Earns Impressive Win at OVR Bid

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>With a perfect 9-0 record in Columbus this past weekend, Boss CLE 15-1 earned the title in the 15 National division and a bid to the GJNC this summer. In an event with a lot of [program_tooltip program_id='431827' first='Elevation' last=''] and Mintonette presence among the top finishing teams in most divisions, this Boss team displayed why they are a legitimate squad to take notice of if you haven't already as they feature a lot of talent and athleticism. Their 18-3 over set record is indicative of their potential to succeed each time they step on the court. This team is so fun to watch given they seemingly know their roles well while competing for each other and the success of the group. Through this freshman cycle of her prep career she is establishing herself as one to keep an eye on in terms of the quality of her game at this level being quite good with anticipation for a lot of individual and team success ahead of her. Coming out of a fall season just shy of 200 total kills for St. Paul, at 5'9, she can score with high touch point and a lot of control and pace upon contact. Her arm speed is impressive as she fundamentally creates good torque to generate a lot heat. As she can locate with good consistency when she gets her hands on the ball, she has improved her location to get attackers into hittable situations when she has to scramble. Brediger. A sprinter when not competing on the volleyball court, Brediger recently won three events at the recent track nationals in March. Her speed and quickness is evident in her role as a libero for this team as she moves well with great first-step reaction to pursue the ball that not only creates touches but increases the range she can defend with. The athlete that she is helps her contribute as she definitely is showing gains in her mechanics, timing as an attacker, and more range in what she can offer with her arm. Her combined effort this freshman year has hiighlighted her ability to score in the middle and at both pins.
