Rounding Out Qualifier Season

Teams were traveling all over in attempts to secure bids as the qualifier season winds down. Here are the teams that had travel plans in attempting to extend their seasons.   Lone Star   [program_tooltip program_id='430200' first='KC' last='[program_tooltip program_id='428794' first='Power' last='']'] 17 Stowell and their fifth-place finish earned them an Open bid, moving up from National. They went 5-3 on the weekend behind the play of [player_tooltip player_id='222097' first='Taylor' last='Stanley'] and [player_tooltip player_id='222099' first='Ella' last='Stowell']. Mavs 17 Elite, who are already Open-qualified, finished tied for fifth. [program_tooltip program_id='515466' first='Pohaku' last=''] 17-1 fought in the Open division also and left with a thirteenth-place finish.   In the 17 American Division, Alpha Omega continued their strong spring with a third-place finish .   Far Western   Mizuno [program_tooltip program_id='515493' first='Club' last='North'] 15 Janell/IB went West and had a good showing in the Liberty Division, returning with a fifth-place finish. Libero Makenna DeVille and pin [player_tooltip player_id='729565' first='Jordan' last='Jobe'] had a good weekend of play. [program_tooltip program_id='428892' first='PVA' last=''] 15 National played in the American Division and had a strong tournament, finishing third. Defensive specialist [player_tooltip player_id='541857' first='Makinley' last='Schaben'] had a weekend filled with highlight defensive plays. Mavs 816 15 Premier also played in the division and ended up ninth. Moriah Williams had a presence in the middle with numerous blocks.
