Regionals was a blast. It is evident that volleyball in Oklahoma is better than it ever has been and is still growing! Prep Dig will be here for the ride. We will do our best to cover as many players as possible, rank each class the best we can and help in any way possible to help the sport keep pushing forwards. Let's take a look at 6 players who did a great job this weekend at regionals.

[player_tooltip player_id='314473' first='Pierson' last='Smith']: Charge 17UA Setter. Abilene Christian is getting a really really good player in Pierson. She isn't just one of the best setters in her class but in the state. She delivers such a soft and consistent set to her hitters. She is a huge reason why both Charge 17UA and Community Christian have the success they do.

Addyson Probst: Stingray 16 Adidas Setter/Right Side Hitter. Hopefully I got the correct twin here. She was so fun to watch play. She may not be the biggest kid on the court but she plays like it. She is a lefty that can bring the heat. I'm not sure I saw her have a hitting error from the back row or the front row all match long. Add in her relentless pursuit in defense and you got a solid all around player.

[player_tooltip player_id='740460' first='Peyton' last='Williams']: Charge 16 National Right Side Hitter. I have gotten to see Peyton play in the past and she is still cooking. She makes plays when her team needs them most. Her ability to frustrate hitters and diggers alike is top notch. I can't wait to see her development a year from now.

Jacquelyn Bell: Rise 17-1 Outside Hitter. She is full of power! Power in her serve, power in her passing, and power in her block. She was fun to watch this weekend. She also impressed me with her back row play both as a hitter and a digger. She is going to do big things in the near future.

Karis Pratt: Virago 14-1 Outside Hitter. Karis showcased her mental game this weekend. Such as, making a mistake and lookin like it didn't even phase her. She went right into the next play confidently. She has the skill and we see that in all six rotations but now we have an idea of how well she can bounce back. Look for her to make big plays and waves this upcoming school season.

[player_tooltip player_id='752755' first='Margaret' last='LoPorto']: Peak 16-3 Middle Blocker. Wow, how have I missed this player? Holy smokes she can play. She does a great job of reading the hitter and adjusting her block. She is a headache for opposing hitters. She also does a solid job of getting up in transition and finding an open spot on the court to place the ball.

Hats off to all the great players there this weekend. We wish those who earned a bid, a great trip to USAV nationals. Also good luck to those who plan to attend AAU Nationals this June. To those whose club season came to a close today, we look forward to covering you this upcoming school season. Be watching our social media for updates and such all summer long.
