As we look around the state, we turn our attention to the Flint area, where five 2027 prospects have been able to make a name for themselves over the last couple of years.

[player_tooltip player_id='523868' first='Bella' last='Jamison'], OH Flint Powers/Michigan Elite

Jamison has put in a lot of work on her defense this club season and it's showing. She's got solid first contact and is doing a nice job of being able to quickly transition from defense to attack. She stays composed in her approach to the ball on the attack, but looks to have room to trust in herself more and play with a quicker pace.

[player_tooltip player_id='442994' first='Makayla' last='Naves'], DS/L Davison/Legacy

One of the best defenders in the state, Naves has been able to dig out attacks from some of the best hitters around the country and make it look routine. She's got great quickness and moves very well side to side. Naves also brings a potent serve to the court. Her leadership skills have gotten stronger as well, making her a great prospect for the next level.

Lila Nester, L/DS Linden/Arsenal

Nester made big strides in her game this past fall as she got a chance to face some talented hitters around the state. She stays very calm and collected on the floor, but has a good feel for when to take her intensity up another level. Her experience is bringing more leadership skills and communication skill out of her, which should help her keep growing as a player.

[player_tooltip player_id='523867' first='Miranda' last='Polley'], OH/MB Frankenmuth/Michigan Elite

Polley is showing she can play anywhere along the net this club season. She's really been able to uncork the ball on the left pin this year, showing great follow through and a technically smooth swing. Polley also makes smart plays on the right side and in the middle, as she takes what is there and doesn't overswing.

[player_tooltip player_id='523870' first='Delaynee' last='Witbeck'], OH Frankenmuth/Five:1

Witbeck is showing a lot of promise, as her all-around play has been impressive this club season. Her serve receiving and passing has become more consistent, while her attacks are finding a home more often. Witbeck has a smooth swing and she does a nice job of spreading out locations to not be too predictable.
