A number of sound hitters will return hoping for big senior seasons in the 12th Region this fall. Boyle County's [player_tooltip player_id='479316' first='Charli' last='Grubbs'] may lead this list, but she has plenty of company.

The return of Edwards (pictured) is one of many reasons the Cardinals hope of returning to the 12th Region Tournament for the first time since 2021. Edwards is a reliable offensive option. She makes constant adjustments to hit balls away from defenders. That includes mixing in tips to the middle of the floor. Edwards had a team-high 202 kills this past fall, helping the Cardinals win 20 games.

Blevins emerged as a nice weapon on the outside for the Maroons this past fall. Blevins does a good job angling balls off blockers and out of bounds. Blevins possesses a nasty cut shot. Blevins knows how to take things off her shots to land in open parts of the court. Blevins had 196 kills this past fall, helping Pulaski County go 24-12, win another 47th District crown and drive to the 12th Region semifinals.

Daleng was a force in the middle for the Colts this past fall. She was tough on the ones showing the ability to hit to the left lines and off blockers. She also makes things happen on the back sets and is a sound blocker. Daleng had 241 kills, nine solo blocks and 97 assisted blocks this past fall, helping West Jessamine go 24-17, winning more 46th District and 12th Region crowns.

Wilson does a good job adjusting to sets with her quick arm swing, making her a valuable offensive weapon for the Raiders. Wilson hits balls to the lines well and adjusts to tip to different parts of the court from both the pins and middle. Wilson shows her versatility with sound first passes. She moves from defense to offense quick. Wilson had a team-high 215 kills to go with 158 digs for McCreary Central this past fall.
