Lafayette senior [player_tooltip player_id='269865' first='Madelyn' last='Blakey'] also gave the team an outside presence. Bryan Station senior [player_tooltip player_id='531309' first='Beatriz' last='Moreira'] and Frederick Douglass senior [player_tooltip player_id='397415' first='Chloe' last='Jensen'] gave the team power inside. Dunbar senior Abby Coombs started things off with good passes along with George Rogers Clark senior Aubrie King, Woodford County senior Kennedy Lafoe and Henry Clay junior Hannah Yonts. Frankfort senior [player_tooltip player_id='159396' first='Sophi' last='Reynolds'] served as the team's setter.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Samantha Stevens was the lone middle blocker listed on the roster. Sayre seniors Elodie Rodgerson, Sanina Palumbo, Tates Creek junior Emily Miller and George Rogers Clark junior Serenity Elman played outside hitter. Marsh carried that calm demeanor to the court leading the Colts to four 12th Region titles in all four years of high school. She did a great job creating one-on-one matchups for her teammates. She was sound in her swings and timely blocks throughout the season. She did a great job commanding the offense, consistently reading hitters and knowing where to place balls.
