The 2025 NCVA Power League 15U Championships brought together more than 125 teams at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento, California. This final tournament delivered intense matchups and standout performances across multiple divisions. I moved from court to court with a clear purpose: to find the athletes who deserve to be on the recruiting radar.   College coaches, if you are building your Nationals watch list or selecting athletes for upcoming camp invitations, these are the names you need to know. Her hands are exceptionally clean, and she runs the offense with speed, clarity, and strong communication. What makes Maia a standout is her emotional steadiness. In a high-pressure match filled with momentum swings, she remained calm and focused, leading her team through critical moments. One highlight was a perfectly timed read at the net, where she earned a monster block at 5'3 and shifted the energy back to her side.
