All Star Challenge Watchlist: 14’s/15’s Division

These teams will be playing against some fierce competition. Arkansas proves time and time again that it is not a state to underestimate in the volleyball world. Her height at such a young age puts her at a huge advantage. But on top of her height, Booy has a strong arm. Booy scores many points with her hard driven attacks over the blockers hands. Her height has also made her a pretty impressive blocker especially at her age. Foster swings above almost every block. She does a really good job at swinging on top of the ball and snapping her wrist, which has made it very difficult for the opposing defense to pass. Orahood is very consistent in serve receive and passes three ball after three ball. Orahood is also really aggressive and is good at digging hard driven balls and picking up the short tips. Orahood is also pretty impressive at setting out of system balls, especially for her age. Meeler consistently keeps her team in system with her impressive serve receive and her hustle to keep the ball off the floor. Meeler along with Orahood in the back row together is a dangerous duo and is very hard to get the ball past. Her height and high contact points gives her the advantage of swinging over most blocks. Wherry is really skilled at tooling the block.
