Blocking and transition are a big part of my role so my team is able to make a fast offensive play to the team across the net."</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>🧠 In high-pressure moments, what's your mindset and how do you stay composed?</strong><br>"In high-pressure moments, I stay calm and locked in. I remain composed by focusing primarily on what my role is in the rotation."</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>🏐 What's something specific you've been working to add to your game this season, and why?</strong><br>"I've been training to improve my reach on attacks to consistently hit over blockers.
