Four 2027 4th Region DS/Liberos to Watch

She dressed for varsity as an eighth grader, seeing limited action before making an impact as a freshman. Jackson consistently makes first touches, especially with serve receiving. Jackson averaged a 2.3 out of three rating on serve reception, finishing with the second highest serve reception percentage on the team after taking the most serve receptions. Warren East head coach Shea Moore said Jackson was one of the main leaders last year. Jackson said she's been putting in extra work outside of practice to improve her game, including asking Moore for more one-on-one sessions. Specifically, Moore said Jackson's looking to become more aggressive on defense and improve her range on the court. Jackson has shown the propensity to move quickly to track down balls. Shrock does a good job putting her body in position to make clean passes to start the offensive rhythm. Shrock can handle both soft and hard passes and makes things happen out of system. She gets her arms up quickly to keep plays alive, makes routine plays and can make one-armed diving saves under control. Collins has a good two years ahead of her with her work ethic. Ramsey has good reflexes, handling tough shots like crosses with little trouble. Collins also recovers quickly on pushes to far corners.
