Class 3 is a stacked field with countless teams returning enough talented players that will make this a fascinating field to watch throughout the season. Here are my picks of 6-10 for Class 3.

10. Eldon Mustangs 25-13-1

The Mustangs surprised me last season, making the final four, and will return the entire lineup. 1020 kills of the team's 1135 kills came from [player_tooltip player_id='800404' first='Jaidyn' last='Shelden'], [player_tooltip player_id='236995' first='Audrey' last='Dinwiddie'], [player_tooltip player_id='828199' first='Corin' last='Davis'], and [player_tooltip player_id='818546' first='Sara' last='Mccoy']. Eldon has the same team and the same dream. Eldon may have to beat MICDS to make that return trip.

9. Cape Notre Dame Bulldogs 28-10-1

Notre Dame reloads every year, and this year is no different. Led by 6'2” opposite [player_tooltip player_id='512874' first='Olivia' last='Cox'], 5'8” middle [player_tooltip player_id='827449' first='Morgan' last='Legrand'], and setter [player_tooltip player_id='232326' first='Claudia' last='Jones'] and her 2465 career assists, the Bulldogs have the potential to reach the final four. The early test will give us a better indication of what the Bulldogs are made of.

8. Savannah Savages 29-10-1

The Savages are returning both middles, in 6'1” [player_tooltip player_id='809519' first='Aryana' last='Spry'], who is turning into a beast in the middle with 85 blocks and 242 kills, and 5'11” [player_tooltip player_id='810847' first='Ambi' last='Jones'], with 167 kills and 68 blocks. The play of outside [player_tooltip player_id='836410' first='Mylee' last='Schrick'] and libero [player_tooltip player_id='809417' first='Meara' last='Delaney'] will be key for the Savages to win a district title.

7. Oak Grove Panthers 21-7-3

2028 [player_tooltip player_id='556998' first='Paisley' last='Hudson'], 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='485574' first='Eva' last='Alexander'], and Keiyana Lamell carry the offensive load, finishing with 693 kills, and 2028 Ava Pyle should set the offense. In 2026, [player_tooltip player_id='801192' first='Bella' last='Kenyon'] will anchor the defense. Oak Grove is in a tough area for Class 3 teams, but they have the firepower to keep an eye on come the playoffs.

6. Rogersville Wildcats 21-16-2

Returning three of the team's top four hitters, the libero, and setter, Rogersville could very well end up in the title match again. 6'1” [player_tooltip player_id='809647' first='Hailey' last='Buckman'] and 5'8” [player_tooltip player_id='817589' first='Paige' last='Algren'] return for their final season and are a tough middle combo. Rogersville will most likely have to battle Strafford to make a trip back to the final four.
