Five New Additions To The Updated 2026 Rankings

We've recently updated our class of '26 rankings, and a ton of athletes were added to the already long list of Hoosiers playing high-level volleyball. Here are five kids from around the state representing four clubs that not only are new to us, but also recently earned commitments to their future homes in the fall of 2026.    Aryn's constant and continuous rise under our radar has not gone unnoticed. Her ability to be a three rotation DS, a full-time club libero AND a six-rotation high school outside has led her here, earning a commitment to North Dakota State for the fall of '26. Her ability to take over half the court in serve receive is her hallmark, and her knowledge and volleyball acuity, all while training at KiVA, will sustain her perfected skill set for years to come.     Underappreciated is an accurate term to describe Jasmine. Always the workhorse doing the dirty work to clean up bad passes and turn them into hittable balls, Miss Daniels' recent commitment to Morehead State, one of the better programs in the Ohio Valley Conference. Quick-footed and decisive in her setting choices, Jasmine can locate positionally as well as in-tempo as good as any in this or any class. With continued play at HSE, she's used to an elite blue-blood program to train with, and should continue perfecting her craft this coming spring.     Long and lean for days, D'Aaliyah, an Iowa State commit, is a raw, fast and athletic middle that will fit in just fine with the size and speed that the Big XII requires. Already jumping past ten feet and able to attack from in front of and behind the setter, Miss Kemp's quick transition from defense to offense is already trained into her skill set, making the experience of the game that much easier for her. Her length on the block is nearly impossible to miss---those long arms of hers make her look and play much bigger than her 6'3" frame might otherwise indicate. Most of what she does is terminal; she either scores points with a terminal block or can go over blocks with her very high attack point.     Smart and broad-shouldered, Madison is a classic M2, and will be exactly that for NAIA program Saint Francis out of Fort Wayne. Her long strides from pin to pin make her an above-average blocker, while her two-footed approach allows her to hit any set in front of the setter at any angle. More training and open-level play will allow the New Haven product to continue her rise, and if she continues on her current trajectory, she'll be a steal for USF in the long run.     Tessa is a big and strong middle from LaPorte, who seeming always has a pipeline of middles that come through their halls year-in and year-out. Her commitment to D3 Albion is a solid fit for the future M2, and should compete for playing time because of her size and point-scoring ability. I like her breadth on the block, as too few middles from Indiana stay wide enough to be effective defenders. Tessa is different---not only can she block effectively, but can easily transition into a zero-tempo set and terminate at any angle.
