Top Peformers: KNVBC Open Gym

Two Wisdom sisters participated in the event. Ellie is ranked No. 12 in the Kansas Class of 2027. She is a poised athlete, and when she is on the court with her younger sister, it is obvious how much they enjoy playing with and against each other. They have an older sister who just graduated from Maize and will be playing college ball this summer. She is a gritty athlete and can punish a ball. She is a physical attacker and hung well, with the elite talent in the gym. She is ranked No. 49 overall in the Kansas Class of 2027. She was second on the Indians' roster last season in kills. She finished her junior season with 261 kills. She lights up the court with her athleticism and energy. She is currenlty unranked, but will debut in the rankings next week when the new Kansas Class of 2027 rankings are released. She is a "net monster." This was the first time I had seen her in action, and I was impressed with the way she hits the ball and carries herself off the court.
