The talent was undeniable at the WI Sophomore ID Camp, with athletes from all over showing off their skills and potential. While there were standout players in every position, the pin hitters especially made a statement. From explosive swings to smart shot placement and strong blocking, these outsides and right sides proved they are names to watch in the coming seasons.

Lilly caught my eye from the very start of the camp. She brings an energy that radiates confidence and poise every time she steps on the court. With her height and speed, she is a real threat at the net. She is tough to hit around thanks to her solid blocking and ability to read hitters well. On top of that, she was consistently landing that tricky shallow cross-court shot that is tough for defenders to track.

Grace is a super versatile player who impressed me with both her ability to put balls away and her strong defensive skills. She stays calm under pressure and never lets anything rattle her. Whether it was an in-system swing or an out-of-system scramble, she found a way to score. Grace proved to be a reliable all-around player and will definitely be an impact contributor for Brookfield Academy this fall.

Emily proved exactly why she is ranked among the top 25 pin hitters in her class. She plays each point with clear intention and relentless drive, making a big impact no matter where she is on the court. What stood out most was her ability to read the block and adjust her shots on the fly. I especially loved watching her work out of the right side—her line shots were nearly impossible to stop.

Anastasia is the queen of consistency. I was really impressed with how well-rounded her game is and how naturally she reads what's happening on the other side of the net. She has a great feel for the game and always seems to be one step ahead. Whether she's painting deep corners with precision or going right at a big block without hesitation, she plays with confidence and control. Her ability to stay steady and smart in every situation makes her a huge asset on the court.

Finnley may not be the tallest pin hitter, but nothing holds her back. She plays with grit and confidence and is nearly unstoppable when attacking down the line. What makes her even more dangerous is her sneaky shot selection; she constantly keeps defenders guessing with well-placed deep tips to either corner. Finnley knows how to find the open court and make every touch count.

Subscribing doesn't change who the Scout covers, it changes who gets to see it.
