Setters are the heartbeat of the team, orchestrating offense with tempo and precision, and this list is packed with athletes already commanding that responsibility at an elite level.</p>   <p>We've already highlighted Brynlie Richmann, but who rounds out the rest of the Top 10 setters in North Dakota's Class of 2028?
