In a state as big as Texas, it means a lot to lead in a statistical category. Miss Gibbs currently leads the entire state in digs at 719 digs. In only 96 sets so far, she has averaged 7.5 digs per set. She is not only great at defense but also showing just how special she is by helping her team with 378 receptions to keep their offense flowing in system. The Woodlands always has a solid squad so to be their starting libero says a lot about her skills. The future Utah State Aggie will join a three-time Mountain West champion and help to keep their offense flowing next year. We still have some time to watch her close out her senior season in stellar fashion.

Super senior [player_tooltip player_id='433603' first='Ava' last='Dyer'] has been outstanding once again this season with 556 digs so far. She is averaging 6.3 digs per set and also has 513 service receptions to help her team's offense thrive. The four-year varsity letterman has been solid and is really showing how special she is in her final year. I watched her a few times this club season and she impressed me with how connected and confident she is now. This year just seems different with her in the back row and I think she will do some great things for Providence College next year. We have seen her blossom into a wonderful young lady and amazing ball control expert. It is really fun to watch her have such a wonderful senior season. We will be watching these final moments closely and you should also. We are very proud of her for believing in herself and showcasing her abilities.

Junior libero [player_tooltip player_id='802398' first='Hailey' last='Tobias'] is really making a name for herself with the ball on her platform this year. She currently has 581 digs in a very competitive district. With an average of 8 digs per set and also 512 service receptions, she is forcing college coaches to know her name now. What is really impressing me is how she is using her hands to pass and dig the ball also. This will greatly increase her range and make her a threat to be dangerous to opposing offenses and serving strategies. Primarily playing out of the middle back zone, she is covering a lot of ground and making sure that rallies will continue. We will definitely be watching her moving forward to see if she can keep the magic happening.
