As the 2025 MHSAA regular season comes to a close in the coming week, it's good to look back and see which players made a big impact this fall.

Here's a look at the juniors that have been leading the way with kills (stats through MaxPreps and Hudl) this fall.

Lilly Pharion, Adrian Madison

Pharion is having a huge season for Madison with 526 kills on the year, while also hitting .307. She's already set a new season-high PR for herself when it comes to kills and her finishing rate has jumped up significantly. She's also coming off her best performance of the year, a 36-kill performance while hitting .484 in a five-set win over Dundee.

[player_tooltip player_id='454368' first='Lexa' last='Pierson'], Milford

Pierson has really ramped up her offensive production this fall with 497 kills, pushing well past her previous season-high. Pierson has turned up her game during the heart of the season as well, posting a season-high 31 kills in a conference win over Walled Lake Northern early in October.

[player_tooltip player_id='839825' first='Camille' last='Robinson'], Harper Creek

One of the most powerful hitters you will find, Robinson has had to take on a bigger offensive load this fall and she has come through with 476 kills. It's her second straight season with at least 430 kills and she recently matched her season-high with 23 kills in a four-set win over Parma Western last week.

[player_tooltip player_id='467901' first='Mallory' last='Wandel'], Rockford

Wandel has been a killing machine for Rockford since she was a freshman and she has 463 kills this fall while hitting .304. Making that even more impressive is that Rockford plays the best of the best week-in-and-week-out. Last week Wandel put down 28 kills in a three-set win over Grandville, hitting an amazing .561 in the process.

[player_tooltip player_id='844224' first='Ruby' last='Hughes'], Newaygo

The Newaygo junior is having a breakout fall with 455 kills, a new PR for her in a season. She's consistently in the double digits for kills in a match, highlighted by a 26-kill performance in a five-set win over Grant in late September. Hughes hit .368 in that win.

[player_tooltip player_id='462086' first='Mallory' last='Woiteshek'], Grand Haven

The 6'3” Woiteshek continues to add to her game and improve on her already strong finishing abilities. This fall she's at 451 kills, posting 17+ kills in eight different matches. That included a 27-kill performance against West Ottawa earlier this month.

[player_tooltip player_id='456516' first='Kennedy' last='Duncan'], South Lyon

Duncan has been a big reason why South Lyon has taken a big step forward as a program this fall. The junior has a career-high 444 kills this fall, more than doubling her previous season-high. Duncan has been super consistent with her kills, topping out at 20, but almost always in double figures.

[player_tooltip player_id='523843' first='Addison' last='Naplin'], Vicksburg

Naplin has led the Vicksburg offense this fall with 417 kills. That's well past where her production level was last season and she's also nearly doubled her finishing rate. Naplin put up a season-high 25 kills in a five-set battle with Plainwell last month.

[player_tooltip player_id='459740' first='Aubrey' last='Reynolds'], Caledonia

With Caledonia having a lot of graduation loss on offense in recent seasons, Reynolds had to step up this fall. She has, putting down 402 kills to lead the offense. Reynolds has had at least 9 kills in 14 straight matches.

[player_tooltip player_id='807779' first='Isabelle' last='Lawhorn'], Lake Orion

Lawhorn has been a go-to hitter for Lake Orion since she was a freshman and this fall she is sitting at 400 kills while playing against high level competition. She's had three of her best performances of the year in recent weeks, led by a 25-kill outing against Rochester in a five-set win.
