How the TX Class of 2028 New Additions Were Selected

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We love what we do!&nbsp; There has been some serious movement with players both up and down the Rankings and also with players getting moved from our official Watch List to the Official Ranking List.&nbsp; It is now my great pleasure to introduce you to our update to the newly updated 2028 Prep Dig State Rankings List.&nbsp; We are proud to say that we have added 15 new players to the official State Rankings and now have 75 of the best players in the 2028 graduating class listed and ranked.&nbsp; We have also added a ton of new players to our Official Watch List also.&nbsp; In total we have 227 wonderful Texas players on our scouts radar in just the class of 2028.&nbsp; Congrats to all of the players that made it due to their awesome play on the court.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This is a living document, which means that it gets updated three to four times per year and there are always healthy discussions as to who gets added, moved, or taken off.&nbsp; The way it works is for you to get on our watch list first.&nbsp; From there, our scouts will do as much research as possible to compare athletes in each position and rank them by watching in person at tournaments, high school matches, or online.&nbsp; Then we put all of our research together and rank everyone all together.&nbsp; Keep working hard at your craft.&nbsp; Keep updating your recruiting profiles for college recruiters and scouts to watch.&nbsp; Interact with us in person or on social media.&nbsp; Attend our Showcases throughout the year.&nbsp; This is how you can get on the State Ranking List.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We love what we do and are always looking to learn more about the athletes we currently have on our list and also ones that aren't on it yet.&nbsp; The best way for me to learn who is missing is for you to talk to me about them.&nbsp; I love interacting with our readers.&nbsp; Please do not hesitate to contact me with information.&nbsp; You can email me at <a href="mailto:Michael@prepdig.com">Michael@prepdig.com</a>, or DM on any social media platform by searching @CoachMikeDZ.&nbsp; I have tons of players and parents who message me and keep me updated with new information on their seasons and training.&nbsp; We hope you are enjoying our website.&nbsp; Thank you for reading!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><a href="https://prepdig.com/texas/rankings/2028-rankings/">Click Here for the newly updated 2028 State Rankings.</a></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I often get asked what goes into the ranking process. Well here is how I am going about it.&nbsp; I stay connected to the volleyball scene as much as I can.&nbsp; We speak to hundreds of club and high school coaches, club directors, and college coaches across the entire state to gather as much information as possible on each athlete.&nbsp; We study tournaments entered and tournament finishes.&nbsp; We study high schools, preseason lists, and awards given to athletes from the state of Texas high school systems, coaches associations and club awards.&nbsp;We have been watching a lot of awesome club volleyball tournaments in person and also have been watching hours of game footage and highlight reels as possible.&nbsp; The more film you have online, the better the research and analyzing of skills I can do to make the ranking as accurate as I can.&nbsp; You are more than welcome to tag us on social media or send us emails with updates to your film.&nbsp; It is also a great idea to keep updating it so that you can keep getting more exposure to college coaches.&nbsp; They are watching too.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The other question I get often from parents and players is “Is it 100 accurate?”&nbsp; The short answer is no.&nbsp; However, we are putting a lot of hours and hard work into trying to get it as accurate as we can. &nbsp;With over 22 years of analyzing players and college recruiting, it is still a difficult task to get it perfect.&nbsp; The fact that we must take multiple things into consideration and understanding that everyone is entitled to their opinion, has allowed me to be content with how we are going about it.&nbsp; While we know that it is not an exact science, we are very confident in the hard work that is going into analyzing each player and the overall ranking process.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Stay tuned for more articles on your favorite athletes.&nbsp; If you have anyone you think we should watch out for, please shoot me an email with some info at <a href="mailto:Michael@prepdig.com">Michael@prepdig.com</a>. &nbsp;You can also message me on Instagram and X by searching @CoachMikeDZ.&nbsp; Also don't forget to help these kids get more exposure by sharing our stories with your friends.&nbsp; Help us help them by simply retweeting on Twitter or sharing on Facebook.&nbsp; Thanks for following Texas Family!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
