Her knowledge and IQ allow her to score multiple points and help defend the court to continue rallies. Her approach to the ball is fast with time to read the blockers and defense of her opponents to skillfully swing or tip the ball where the court is open. She has strong communication and runs multiple routes during rallies to keep the defense moving. When blocker, she reads the hitter and moves quickly to get to the pin. Lobitz has strong platform control and is an outstanding defensive player as well.     Voss is an outstanding talent with multiple skills. She can set, swing, and defend the court with very few errors. Her IQ and Knowledge of the court as a freshman only shows the potential growth she will have over the next four years. She is fast to approach to the ball and swings high to get over the blockers and get the kill. Her blocking footwork puts her position to get multiple stops and touches throughout sets. Voss is great at communicating with her teammates and running multiple routes.     Schulte's swing is fast, high, and sharp. She catches many defenders of guard with her range of attacks. Her communication with her setters puts her in position to run multiple routes and get a good attack on out of system balls. She easily works in tips and roll shots to make the defense work for the ball. Schulte is easily able to read the court and tell her teammates where to place the ball when swinging. Her defense when blocking benefits the team consistently. She reads the hitters and their angle to set up a solid block and stop her opponents from scoring.     Albright has strong line and cross court shots that flawlessly land between defenders. She has the ability to read the blockers and work around them, while finding open court to place the ball. Her high swing puts her in the position to attempt multiple shots and keep the defense guess on where she is going to place the ball. Concealing a tip or roll shot until the last second adds points to the scoreboard often. Albright has the agility to move along the net quickly and get multiple touches when blocking her opponents.     Molacek is an exceptional opposite hitter and effortlessly catches her opponents off guard with her range and ability to control the placement of the ball. She is dedicated to the court and makes big plays for her team with her sharp line shots and smart placement with tips. When blocking, she makes it hard for the opponents to get through her and her teammate with their defensive wall and forces the opponent to work around them right to her teammates in the back row. Overall, Molacek has a love for the game that can be seen on and off the court.
