She is a phenomenal all-around libero who projects as a valuable contributor to a college program in the coming years. She showcased a strong, consistent serve and did an excellent job moving the ball to all hitters, keeping the offense balanced and unpredictable. Hodgson also contributed defensively, reading plays well and extending rallies. Throughout the day, she maintained a positive, level-headed presence on the court, helping create new scoring opportunities for her hitters. Her composure and court awareness played a key role in guiding the team to a 3–0 record on Day 1.
