Her sets stay strong through long rallies and long sets. She is aware of all hitter on the court and knows where to strategically place the ball for a successful play. Her communication with her hitters gives opportunity to run multiple plays and routes each rally. She releases the ball fast increasing the pace of the play. Her court awareness is outstanding and allows her to work with her hitters to make an aggressive play. Andresen communicates loud with all of her teammates on and off the court. Seyfferth places each ball perfectly to each hitter for an aggressive play to be made. Using all hitters available, she does not shy away from including her back row to swing. Running her hitters on multiple routes increases the difficulty for her opponents to successfully defend them. When blocking, Shannon takes up space with her high reach.
