Six Nike Circuit Milwaukee Players Who Rose To The Occasion

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I had the chance to see a lot of players at the Nike Circuit President's Day 3-day tournament in Milwaukee. It's easy to stand out when competition isn't that great, but these girls played well when the games were close and the pressure was high. She did a great job with some swings for kills on the RS hitter spot. Got on top of the ball with her impressive vertical and athleticism. She also did a great job on defense in the back row and making great passes to the setter. I've not seen her play before, but seems to be hitting her stride. She knew where she was supposed to be on the court at all times. In a hard fought game, she never seemed rattled, she was in control, and delivered perfect passes to her setter. She had great lift and hit the ball extremely hard. She wasn't looking to tip, she was looking to hit and get kills. She did have the full array of hits and tricks, roll shot if needed, line, and cross cut shots. She does a great job getting into her approach, and finding the seams, holes, spots on the court to score. When she is in the game she must be set. Has a really good feel for the game, can hit it hard on you or tip to the open spot. Also did a great job hyping up teammates and bringing the energy. She was cool, calm, and collected. I watched her make great pass after great pass on serve receive. Had good awareness on the court sniffing out tips, and positioning herself for digs on hard driven balls. She was never hurried, always in the correct spot. I seen her tool the block a few times with smart hits against the defense. She also has the ability to bring the power as well from the hitter spot, and extends fully when swings. Did a nice job covering in the front row on defense as well, as she was always ready to compete. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>These players were key to their teams successes on the court, and played well in close tough games.
