They use her in multiple ways at the net and out of the back row as she has improved the quality of her arm over recent seasons, including more torque that increases her pace upon contact. She has over 550 career kills for West Geauga, including a career best 3.3 k/s average in 2025.

She also improved defensively contributing nearly five digs per match for Beachwood.

[player_tooltip player_id='805897' first='Joelle' last='Insana']
Insana has a good range of skills with the ability to swing and score if needed while also helping to shore up her team's passing and defense. At 5'6, she patrols the court well with good control of her platform in serve receive and when digging.

[player_tooltip player_id='492636' first='Avery' last='Coode']
A 5'5 DS/L, Coode made the switch to Force VC from NOVA, adding depth to their serve receive and defense. A product of a solid program at Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin, she has good fundamentals to track the ball and keep her passing simple to face and angle her platform.
