Team Profile: Infinity 17 Green

Having finished on the podium at their first two events this club season, Infinity 17 Green features some good talent across various positions. The Nike Gauntlet tournament begins this weekend as this team opens the 17 Club division as the top overall seed. Here are five athletes to look for from this squad. Shellenbarger has proven her ability to be able to score following a junior season at 4.4 k/s for Minerva. She now has 701 total kills earned, bringing that scoring prowess to her club team. She's a complete prospect with her six-rotation tools, ability to score from the back row, and having also earned 919 digs for a career average of 12.9 d/m. Her effort is an x-factor for this squad. Faulk also has impressive tools as a primary pin. Her movement and timing can produce range and some big pace, especially when their system is quicker to the outside. As a key arm for Harding this past fall, Faulk delivered a team best 185 total kills for a 2.4 k/s average. She also added 7.7 d/m. She plays her part well in all facets and helps provide balance and depth at their pins. The primary setter for this team, Rosenberry had a big fall season for Jackson with 770 total assists and a 9.4 a/s average. She can run a range of offense including quicker options to all locations, which can create advantages for her hitters at the pins and in the middle. She's a crafty setter that gets her hands on the ball even in tough situations that allows her to still get her hitters into good situations. At 5'11, Offie has the ability to terminate through the middle phase of the offense. With good timing she can control her arm to swing wide to the edges of the defense. Where she shines is in her work defensively. Her footwork leads to her ability to fill up good space in the air whether solo or in tandem. She led Hubbard defensively in 2025 with a career best 2.1 b/m average. Smith has had a solid varsity career thus far for United as she surpassed 1,000 total digs in 2025 with a third consecutive season over 300 digs on a career high 15.6 d/m. She reads the action well to get herself into good situations to make the right play and understands how to control her platform and angles to dig high and off the net so the offense can get to work.
